ABOUT MERCEDES
Intimate. Electric. Unforgettable.
Mercedes Nicole brings Jazz and Blues together with a voice that reaches beyond the song and into the human experience. Although soft spoken, the warmth and depth of her contralto, is mixed with an innocence that is refreshing. Mercedes is known for performances that are soulful, expressive and deeply personal. She is every woman, no matter what their origins are.
Her music has reached listeners around the world, but the heart of her work remains beautifully simple: to create moments of comfort, joy, love and healing through music.

Constellation (Frank Roszak Promotions – 2022)

Produced by Mercedes Nicole
The first time you hear Seattle songstress Mercedes Nicole sing, you may wonder if you are hearing a newly-discovered track from a legendary singer of yore-Sarah Vaugh, perhaps? Or Dinah Washington? But soon it becomes clear
that, while this long-gloved, bare-shouldered singer evokes visions of a world of cocktail gowns and cabarets, her music and vision are fresh, creative, and all her own.
